Jazz vocalist Thu Ho is excited to join poet/writer/music historian Jeff Kaliss to present a unique afternoon of music interwoven with thematic poetry and deeply personal monologues on LOVE, from our first taste of its exquisite nectar to the twisting, volatile journey on which it takes us. They will be backed by the innovative Grant Levin on piano and the highly charismatic Lukas Vesely on upright bass.  Jeff Kaliss has been writing about entertainment and culture for his entire adult life, contributing feature pieces and album and live reviews for international, national, and regional readers. Together, Thu and Jeff present an enriching, poetic, and multi-dimensional expression of Jazz.

Composer J.J. Hollingsworth created this stand-out house concert series in a beautifully renovated Spanish-style Outer Sunset mansion in San Francisco, complete with hors d’oeuvres and beverages.
